• I have called Payeezy support and verified that they are receiving the correct string but somehow the hash is different.

    Running a Redhat Linux server. Am I missing a setting or something? I’m sure it’s not the plugin because I put it on another server and it worked fine. Just thought maybe someone might have seen this before and could offer some guidance?

    I wouldn’t put much stock in Payeezy support receiving the correct string. Anyone you can call and talk to on the phone cannot see what the server is receiving.

    Make sure the Payment Page ID and the Transaction Key aren’t reversed in the settings. Also, you should be receiving an error email from Payeezy that shows most of the values being sent. If you’d like, you can forward it to me and I’ll take a look.
