Instagram gradually closes the old API. The latest update deprecates hashtag endpoints. Right now 10Web Instagram Feed plugin does not display hashtag feed media. We are sorry for the inconveniences this causes to you.

The workaround is to use new Graph API Hashtag Search for business profiles. We plan to release the update of the plugin supporting Graph API by mid-January. We are committed to develop and support 10Web Instagram Feed plugin in future as well as a part of 10Web platform and to provide the best experience for 10Web users.

  • I’m also having this problem. If I use any of my own hashtags, it fails and says the hashtag doesn’t have any posts (which they do).

    page: https://www.niklasohrberg.se
    Hashtags:
    #niklasskissbok (doesn’t work)
    #sorakerkarate (doesn’t work)
    #karate (works)

    hi all,

It seems Facebook Graph API does not return media for these hashtags, although they exist. We are working now to find some solution to this problem which will be released soon.

@wonderewoonwereld , renew interval is one hour by default,
you can change it using “Check for new posts every” setting in advanced settings.

    sorry for the inconveniences.

we have checked the “no media” error for hashtag feed.
This happens this is how Instagram Graph API works.
This is not a bug in the plugin.

Graph API endpoint for hashtag recent media returns only public media published within last 24 hours.
Also note that You can query a maximum of 30 unique hashtags within a 7 day period.
    Please see the docs here.

We will release an update of the plugin soon, so that you can query top media of hashtag as well. This will be useful feature in case of rare hashtags. As is stated in the documentation

Popularity is determined by a mix of views and viewer interaction using the same methodology that determines the top posts when searching for a hashtag on https://www.instagram.com.

Hope this will solve the problem, at least partially.

This would make sense as the hashtag worked when it had a recent post and now has stopped working again as no one has posted in a couple of days.

We don’t mind having the same content which is slowly updated every few days – its is better than NOTHING appearing!

    Thanks for the update

Still no update for this? As it stands I’m afraid the plugin is quite useless for me.

    Thanks for your help.

we released the update a month ago, see version 1.3.13 changelog

Thank you. It works fine now. Just bought the premium version, conditional filtering will be useful.
