Have a bug with title with emojis

    Hello! First of all i like so much this plugin… but have a bug when titles have a emoji, for example if one title start with ?? in the generated code appears id=”%f0%9f%a4%a9-…” so breaks anchor funcionality.

    I hope you can repair this bug fast and easily!
