Aren’t leads automatically date/time stamped by SF?

You can create a hidden field, then use a filter to set it to the current server time. See other notes for the filters available with examples.

I was trying to understand how Filters work, but don’t have a clue. I mean, I knwow I can insert them in my theme (there is an option in Canvas Woothemes for this), but don’t know much about coding. I went to Other Notes examples, but cannot figure out how to do it?
