Have a questions

  • Hi! I’m looking for a functional module for badges on our site. I’ve already looked at a lot of things and noticed your module.

    I have a few questions.

    1) Are badges displayed on the product card?

    2) How can I make your module show the “New arrival” badge for a product that was added within 30 days and then make the badge disappear?

    3) If the badges have the same location on the product, do they overlap each other or will they not conflict if there are the same rules for the product?

    4) Is it possible to specify the category of the product to display, but exclude certain products from the rule?

    5) How do you like the module working with standard badges? Or can it completely replace all standard Woo badges?

    6) You haven’t had updates for a long time, are you not updating anymore? And when will the next update be?

    7) HPOS support?

    8) WPML support?

    Hello,

    1) What exactly do you mean with product card? Is it single product page or some specific functionality?
    2) “Product age” condition can be used for new products.
    3) By default plugin display multiple labels next to each other, but it can be setuped in different way.
    4) Yes, it can be done with help of conditions.
    5) WooCommerce has only “On Sale” badges on page, if you have any other on shop page, then maybe it is added with theme. “On Sale” can be removed with option in plugin settings.
    6) We are working on update right now. Plugin do not have updates, because we do not have any changes for it before.
    7) Plugin do not need any support for HPOS, because do not use any data from orders.
    8) WPML can be used to translate labels.

    Thank you. do you speak Russian? Can you check the email that I wrote to you? a product card is when from the catalog you get to the product page. and I want to know, will badges be displayed on the product page too?
