have a wp- package

I have theme packages complete that came with software applications.
I have been building wp sites for a year/ getting proficient, however now I feel that I am ready for the next step. I have complete site zip files all php css jpgs./I have done ftp have also done site clones/ I have a zip package I want to use/the setup hoping for someone to give me a heads up on how to accomplish this. My big downfall is the forums so far I have had zero success with them any takers help for help
