    Could you help me with my problem. I have a WordPress website with ZOHO CRM integration. Also I have an account in ZOHO. I want to integrate ZOHO CRM with my Contact form 7. I used the plugin “Contact Form 7: Zoho Leads”, genereted and added Access token key in the settings of this plugin in my admin dashboard as well. But my form doesn’t work – I have this error message – “Uncaught exception ‘ZohoException’ with message ‘Invalid Ticket Id'”. – https://t.co/VbJDnboCS6

    Also, I displayed the form in this way – [cf7lead cf7_id=”350″ debug=”on” fields=”Company=company|First Name=first-name|Last Name=last-name|Email=email|Phone=phone|Title=title”]

    I’ve wrote to the ZOHO CRM support and received such answer:

    “Anastasia, we see that your Zoho CRM account is in the EU server, which is the reason you’re seeing this error. WordPress will work in the .com server. You will need to contact your plugin developer to resolve this issue.”

    So, please help me with this issue.

    Anastasia, thanks for reporting this. Yes, I do see the issue and will try and fix this for the next version (Zoho EU support).
