Have been buying all their plugins for years – very good support

  • I am a long time customer of FunnelKit starting with their XLPlugins I think 5 years ago? And then buying everything they put out since. I finally got a lifetime license on everything. They have great functionality and very clean, intuitive UI. And then add on their support they are very responsive and helpful. I have over 50 plugins so I know a thing or two about plugin support, and this group of plugins is the best one.

    The only thing I’m waiting on, begging them for, is the automation to segment/trigger on Product Views. I segment heavily on that and so can’t get rid of my email provider until they implement that. I’ve been asking for I think three years, or right after the Automation functionality was added. I know it’s not simple! But if you need this too, please let them know and add your vote to mine. Then I would feel comfortable getting rid of my external email provider altogether and just using Funnelkit.
