Have custom front page, how to have 'blog' page?

    Hi all,

    I have added a custom front-page.php to display a custom front page for my site.

    This may seem like a really dumb question, but how can I display my blog as if that file did not exist and only index.php was being called?

    Any help/suggestions/whacks on the head are greatly appreciated!

    Figured it out. Static page + re-configuring my custom php. Works like a charm.
