Have done everything, still cannot regain super-admin credentials

Hello all

I have a website that I’m really struggling at regaining super-admin access to. I have followed the tutorials on how to do it via phpMyAdmin but it hasn’t worked. Whenever I try to login to the dashboard, it tells me that it can’t find an email address I wasn’t using for that site.

I tried to access the dashboard through wordpress.com, too, but it says I don’t have the necessary permissions to access it.

Can someone please help me? I really don’t want to have to unintsall this wordpress site and reinstall it to start all over.
