Have horizontal CSS menu but want sub-menus to expand upwards
-
Hi everyone
I have a horizontal menu in the footer on https://philipus.com with two submenus on the Galleries and Wallpapers links. These submenus currently appear above the main footer menu. However, I am unable to center the items in these submenus and want to have the submenus expand upwards instead (basically like an inverted drop-down menu).
How can I transform the submenus to “vertical” submenus that expand upwards when the cursor hovers above their respective parent links (Galleries and Wallpapers)?
Thank you very much in advance
PPs. I have also been unable to properly center the main horizontal menu and have had to fiddle around with the width of the individual items to make them evenly spaced out. Is there really no way to ensure proper centering? For instance, the copyright line at the bottom of the footer is properly centered using width: 50% and margin: auto. But that doesn’t work on the menu for some reason.
[No bumping, thank you.]
