have problem to show

Some field have problem to show.
Can’t seen in Firefox and Safari: Date Field
Can’t seen in Firefox: Number (spinbox) and Number (slider).I use iphone 5 with Safari to browse, all field works well.
And Chrome are works well, too.If can’t see these item, message will can’t be sent……
ps: I installed Word Press v.3.5.2–zh_TW, and two plugins: Contact Form 7 (v.3.4.2), Really Simple CAPTCHA v.1.6.
I confirm that these browsers are the newest version.Does anyone can help me?
