Have purchased Ultimate but not getting great support

I have purchase Ultimates, Groups, Analytics and Affiliate plugins from you.

Whenever I need support I raise tickets (and eventually get a reply), however it seems you only get the attention you need posting on here…

Like I said, I have a ticket open however…
API details for PayPal keeps getting wiped out on vender dashboard settings pages as the fields are auto filling from the browser when you edit your store. Can this be solved in an update to prevent browser behaviour on these fields?

Secondly, I purchased Affiliates with the intention of allowing Vendors to earning from getting more member signups (have the Groups premium plugin also) however I cannot see how this can be achieved…
