Have reassigned posts/links after deleting user but now posts/pages are in trash

    I have set up a new administrator and have deleted the original admin user and assigned posts/links to a new user. However only the home page now displays (with the wrong image). I discovered posts and pages in trash. I can restore them but the associated images are missing. I have a debug error showing: Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home2/carruth3/public_html/wpsystem/wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php on line 326

    Why did this happen? And what can I do?
