Hello, 99% is incorrect the Google API Key you entered…

That thought before trying it in other service and check my Google API key does work, I tried it here: https://www.androidbegin.com/tutorial/gcm.html and I successfully reach notification to my device. What other reason could there be for its Push Notifications for WordPress plugin (Lite) is not sending notifications?

Hello, then I guess it’s likely a connection problem toward GCM. Unfortunately from your post I do not have enough information to help you further. However, next week we’ll release an update for the premium plugin with a renewed –and super detailed– logging system. It is possible that some of these changes will converge into the Lite version (although I can’t say for sure).

What information you need to provide more security to know what happens with the problem that I experience my site connection with Push Notifications plugin for WordPress plugin (Lite) with GCM ?.

I think it’s a problem related to ports (maybe a firewall?) on your server. I would recommend you to check and if necessary contact your hosting service. If needed we can also throw an eye, but we can only do so for those who have purchased the premium plugin (the lite plugin is offered “as is”). Note that the premium plugin has several extra features too, so it might be well worth your investment!

What port used the plugin WordPress plugin (Lite) for communicated with GCM? and what configuration of firewall i need change for send notification succesfull.

Only a further check: is cURL active on your server? You can verify this by installing a plugin like WordPress phpinfo(). Then go to the page Settings → WordPress phpinfo() and make sure that cURL support is enabled.
