    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you give me more details about the error, so we can investigate further?

Could you also try to deactivate all Jetpack Modules, one at a time, to see if the issue is caused by a single module?

You can find out how to deactivate Jetpack modules here:

When any image is clicked in my image store, the user can add that image to their cart.
When Jetpack is enabled in the plugin library, the user cannot add an image to the cart. Disabling Jetpack in the plugin library enables the user to add images to their cart.

I have tried deactivating each Jetpack module 1 by 1 and have been unable to identify any 1 module which is causing the problem. I then deactivated the whole Jetpack plugin in the plugins library and now users can add to cart.

Incidentally, my hosts have had me make this mod to my .htaccess file to enable Jetpack to get authorized.

    <IfModule security2_module>
    SecRuleRemoveById 114
    </IfModule>

I hope I’ve explained it well enough for you??

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Thanks for the additional info.

Would you mind posting a link to one of your product pages, so I can have a look at it?

I currently have the Jetpack plugin deactivated. Please let me know if you would like it activating to produce the problem?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Yes, it would be nice if you could activate Jetpack so I can take a look at the issue.

Could you also update to the latest version of WordPress, 3.5.1?

    Thanks!

    OK
Jetpack is activated and I have also updaterd WordPress to 3.5.1.

Please could you let me know when you have finished having a look so that I can deactivate Jetpack and enable my clients to purchase my photographs.

    Many thanks.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Thank you! You can disable Jetpack now.

before to do so, could you try to disable the Carousel module only, and let me know if this helps?

    Hi Jeremy

I disabled the Carousel module but there was no change.
I have now disabled Jetpack in as a plugin.
    Hope that helped?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Thank you. We’ll have to do some more tests, and we’ll get to back to you as soon as we can address the issue.

I would also recommend that you contact the Image Store plugin author about this, and let me know about the conflict.

    Thank you.

    Still looking for a solution.
Many thanks for your attention in this matter.

    Hi Tony!

I’m following up on this, and in my tests, this appears to be fixed. Have you tried again recently to use Image Store and Jetpack together? if so, do you still have the issue?

    (@culedude)

Hi Richard. I gave up on running the 2 together on one single WP installation. I opted to put my shop on a separate WP installation on a sub domain where Jetpack isn’t installed.
