Have to refresh page to see player

I’m a Pro customer and haven’t gotten any response after a week? This is discouraging.

My apologies MarkNth – must have overlooked this one in the list… Hope I can help you now:

1. I checked https://www.aural6.com but I can’t see the player (checked the code too)… did you deactivate/remove it from the page or is it active and embedded but just not showing?

2. Please try deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the default twentytwelve theme…. does the malfunction still happen?

3. Does this happen in all browsers? Or in one specific browser?

This is a new issue I’ve never encountered before… so very interested to see if we can work out what the problem is here ??

Thank you for being in touch. I love this plugin!

I have tried deactivating other plugins and tried the default theme. The player is on several pages, but, this is the main one: https://aural6.com/listen/ If you need anything further, such as access to admin, please let me know.

Oddly enough, I tried switching themes to Twenty Twelve and had no problem this time. The player worked fine. I am going to create a child theme and switch over. Will let you know how it works.

How did you get it to work? I’m still having to refresh on my site.

I made sure to deactivate all plug-ins and switch to the default theme Once I went back to the default theme Twenty-Twelve I reactivated the plu-ins one by one until it worked. It was a while ago and don’t remember which plugin was breaking it, but, give it a try ??
