Have to reload Ads.txt file every 3-4 days

I get a message from Google Adsense about every 3 to 4 days:

“Earnings at risk – You need to fix some ads.txt file issues to avoid severe impact to your revenue.”

I “reload ads.txt file” and the message from Adsense disappears (usually in a few hours or a day).

However, the message reappears again every few days and I must repeat the process. I have done this several times since I’ve had the plug-in.

Am I doing something wrong?
