Hmm, I don’t see any JS errors in the console.

If you switch to one of the default WordPress themes, does it work then?

    Hi Adam,

I’m a little nervous to switch themes since our client is looking at the site.

Would it help if we provided a log in?

    Thank you,
    Cindy

The first thing I’d do is switch the theme temporarily and see if that alleviates the problem.

You don’t have to leave it like that forever, just need to test to see if it works with one of the default themes.

    Thanks!

    Hi Adam,

I switched the them to twenty fifteen and it did load like expected.

    What should I do next?

    Thank you,

    Cindy,

Hmm, well, it seems like the problem is likely with your theme then. It might be running some JavaScript or something that’s preventing the jobs from loading.

Is this a theme you’ve purchased somewhere or developed yourself? Or can I download it somewhere to test?

    Thanks!

    Hi Adam,

It’s a theme i bought on themeforest. However, I did use the plug in on another website I was working on with the same theme and it was working fine.
