have trouble with a Plug In

I have a plug in trying delete. I have complelety uninstall this plug and reinstalled the plug in. there must some remaining script left. the reason i say this. Is this plug in require a log in and password (the plug in is call plug in cash button) after the installation that iformation is already in the proper location
