Have two blogs with same language but different content

I am currently testing Multisite Language Switcher and so far it looks very promising. A big thanks to the plugin author here!
I am wondering if it is possible to have two blogs set up which use the same language but still have different content.
I checked the topics here but did not find anything.Regards,
