  • Hi @ahmad456,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please share details on which SMTP you’ve configured? Did you get any errors or warnings when you sent the test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test?

I’m using other smtp, and I didn’t get any error when trying the test email and I’ve also integrated DMARC on my domain, but my site’s email still goes to the spam box, hope you can help

    Hi @ahmad456

Thanks for the details! Please check this spam test tool – send the test email to that email address and check your score. You can then follow the recommendations pointed there.

It might be an issue with your SMTP server so you can check out other mailers as well. We have documentation on setting up each of our available mailers.

    I hope this helps!

i have tested it with email tester and i got a very good score of 10/10 but the problem of my emails going to users spambox frequently has not been resolved.

See email tester result screenshot in link: https://www.mail-tester.com/test-8bm7d1pbq

    Hi @ahmad456,

Thanks for the details! So, the test emails do not reach the spam but the other emails sent from your site are going to the user’s spam box? In that case, can you please check if you have ‘Force From Email’ checked in WP Mail SMTP? The email from your site is probably not sent from the email account you’ve authenticated or the email contents are suspicious.

    Regards,

I have the same issue. please help

I have checked the from email box in the WP Mail SMTP settings, but still emails from my site even the WP Mail SMTP test emails still go to the spam box, I would be very thank you if you have a solution that can help me, thanks for your response.

    Hi @ahmad456,

Thanks for the details. The email to send mail-tester looks absolutely fine. In this case, please contact your SMTP server support to look into the issue. I’d recommend setting up other mailers which are probably more reliable than your SMTP server.

@amilanipun – unless you’re using the same SMTP server with the same WordPress and server setup, it isn’t the same issue. Please create a new support post with the details of your configuration.

    I hope this helps!
