I’m not sure what you mean? The file from my own site? I put it in FTP in order to create a URL basically. However it didn’t work. I got an error that said: “Error message: Incompatible Archive”

“Temporary files created in /home/site/public_html/www.website.com/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted”

ah I see,I thought it was giving a url related error.
anyhow, try enabling the alternate zip method (click advanced settings and you should see it),if it still gives you that error, move the zip file into /site-root/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone/ and link it from there.
by the way,are you able to open that zip file on your computer?

    All fixed, thanks!

I have a new problem, though. Will make a new thread to keep them organized for other viewers

    awesome.. btw,what made it work?

Exactly what you said. I went into the specific wp-clone section of FTP to put the ZIP file and then linked the URL from there. Voila!
