Edited: Will not restore….

  • EDITED: Based on the repsonse below, please note that the backup, if needed, will cost you money. IMHO, a backup that explicitly cannot be of use, is not worth installing.

    The backup runs regularly as described. But a backup is only good if it restores data when you need it. Fortunately, we haven’t needed it, so I can’t say whether it can be helpful or not. Kind of like trying to get your money back because a life jacket didn’t work….

    We are pleased to inform you that the Backup WD plugin gives the possibility to restore Database backup. However, we are sorry to inform you that the free version of Backup WD does not have the feature to restore Files backup.
