Having a problem to topup

    Hello, i need help. My customer is having a problem to topup the wallet. After they enter the desired amount for them to topup which bring to the checkout page. The final price for the topup will be 0.00, and the desired topup amount will be line crossed. I try to find what is the problem either it is not compatible with one of my plugin or what. Stil couldnt find the issue. I have installed and use in my another website, it working fine. Customer can topup and proceed to checkout and can pay the topup amount. i set up both in the same setting. Nothing different

    @muinnoor Please deactivate our wallet plugin and check if the wallet top-up product is there in the WooCommerce product list (as check the trash). If it is in the trash then please restore the product from the trash and try.
