    yes, I think it is possible if you have the feeds to get the contents and the theme for the layout of your site.

    For layout, you have a theme list tested with the plugin?
    or you have a theme that resembles hotapplenews.com?
    How to control the display of each rss post generating?

    there is no theme list because there is not necessary.
    The WPeMatico plugin publishes the items of your favorite feeds as normal wordpress posts. You can set categories, post formats, custom post type, etc.
    Then you can set your theme to show what you want like if publishes the posts manually.
