Having a strange ending in my url

Hi, when i type in my url, https://www.charlies-design.com , a strange ending automatically adds itself, it looks like this then https://www.charlies-design.com/?v=7516fd43adaa
What is this, why is this happening?
It seems to not have any effect on the showing of the site, but any link gets this ending. I get really only recently to pay attention to this, as i am setting up seo and speed to the site and it gets flagged as a redirect.

Please, help as i don’t understand what to make of it.
