Having challenges TwentyEleven 1.2 theme

    I’ve installed the above theme on the site at https://boardofdirectors12.com.au/ but I can’t get all the widgets to show up in the sidebar, only some.

    And I’ve unticked Comments for the page option but it’s still showing them. Short of editing the page.php and removing the comments section, is there another way to get rid of them?

    what have you tried to get the widgets to show?
    which widgets are showing, and which are not?
    are you referring to single posts and staic pages?

    I’ve unticked Comments for the page option but it’s still showing them

    where exactly have you unticked the option?

    btw: i don’t see any signs of comments on the ‘about’ page, for instance.

    It’s ok – I finally got it all sorted. But thanks for looking anyway. I was getting very frustrated as I’d spent a bit of time trying to work it out. I kept researching and checking things finally worked it out.
