Having difficulties with your plugin

    Hello

    I came across with your plugin today 3 of December…installed it in my wordpress website…I went through the settings, played a bit until I knew what I was doing, but when I finally decided I wanted the position of the chat room to be fixed instead of ‘floating’, for some reason I cant understand, the chat room appeared twice in the selected page I installed it! It did not matter how many times I thought I fixed the problem by correcting it in the settings…it insisted in showing two chat rooms at the same time!! Why?

    Hello AstroRadio,

    What you want to do is make sure the ‘specific page’ area isn’t set to anything. That’ll make sure it doesn’t appear on the bottom.

    In Barc settings (not the wordpress barc settings) make sure you have the position set to floating.

    You’re going to want to copy + paste the html snippet we give you that contains the div ‘barc-container’ anywhere on your site where you want Barc to appear.
