Hey guys, I have searched and read many posts here in relation to my issue. For some reason I am unable to successfully override the original templates.

I created a child theme (which includes php and css files) for the ibid theme and wish to make some changes to the registration form.

    I copied this file: seller-registration-form.php

    from this location: plugins / dokan-lite / templates / global / seller-registration-form.php

I then pasted the copied file into the global folder below:

    themes / ibid-child / dokan-lite / global

After editing the seller-registration-form.php file (located in the ibid-child/dokan-lite/global folder) and refreshing the registration page, my changes do not appear. I have cleared the cache and refreshed the page multiple times, but nothing.

    Any help is greatly appreciated
    Kind Regards
    Marc

  • Hello @anasazixxx,

It seems like you have inserted a wrong name for the folder. In your child theme, the folder name would be dokan not dokan-lite ??

Kindly rename the folder and it will work fine.

    Cheers!
