having issues verifying my domain with both http and dns

    i tried verifying my domain in step 2 using HTTP verification option. i created both folders successfully and it didn’t verify and it prompted the message that i should use DSN method of which i did but each time i click on scan DSN records, it keep showing me a 5min countdown to try again.

    please kindly assist to fix this issues thanks
