Having issues with add media on a post

    well as the title says when i click add media when i am writing my post nothing happens is not showing the upload windows and i have no idea why? anyone knows why is this happening? and how to fix it?

  • have you checked this in all browsers ? If you have, then delete cache and cookies of the browsers ? If that doesn’t help , deactivate all caching and CDN plugins as well and then again try to add media.
    If even this doesn’t solve the problem, deactivate all plugins and check again.
