Having issues with most templates; Fatal error…

Hi, it seems that most graphic/plugin heavy templates are affecting my local server [
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261900 bytes) in C:\wamp\www\lvm\wp-includes\cache.php on line 93]

I have checked the php.ini file and the memory limit is 128mb but I have upped this to 512mb to see if it fixes the issue but no avail.

Any ideas? Im not really all that familiar with php stuff etc.
