Having issues with rss feed

Thanks very much, also i am using spectrum theme and as earlier said i am very new in all this so how can embed other feeds to show in my rss feed for example get news feed from other sites and social media to show on my feed page, i hope my questions do not sound to dump. my website is https://www.endlesslife.co.za kindly have a look and will very much appreciate your opinions and advice.

You can’t, the feed is just a feed of your articles. It’s so people can easily subscribe to your blog.

You can, however, add an RSS widget to your sidebar via Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard to display other feeds.
