• Hi,

    I have a current ticket in place for when I click on the Search function UNDER the header and click on ENTER button, it displays the products in an incorrect format , showing posts as search results and NO Product thumbnail and Product Description and pricing.

    This is ONLY on the MOBILE I’m having issues with (PC and Ipad no problem with search results).

    It is actually showing “Show Post Results” and a date or the product post and the Product Title and an arrow. Then the next product the same.

    I need it to look the same as it displays on the Ipad & PC with the Product Thumbnail, with Description and Price and NOT “Show Post Results” drop down and the date it is showing now .

    How can I fix this please ?

    This is my ticket I have with the Search Plugin people also, but they have said it could be a Theme issue or something causing it in here?

    Maybe I just need some CSS to fix it ?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If I understand you correctly, when you search on your site using an iPad or a desktop PC, the product results are showing correctly, however, when doing this on a mobile phone, posts are shown instead of the products, right?

    To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end for mobile and for desktop view so that we could address you more effectively?

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
