Having issues with sitemaps

  • I am using wordpress 2.9.2 at https://construction.jobs-in-gulf.com. I am using Dagon Design Sitemap Generator to display site map at https://construction.jobs-in-gulf.com/sitemap and Google XML Sitemaps generator plug-in of Arne Brachhold but whenever my posts grow both plugins give errors of server resources and they don’t work.

    Google XML Sitemaps generator plug-in has feature to exclude archive pages, tags pages, categories pages etc and also limit the number of posts to include so to solve the issue of server resources I limit the number of posts at 4000 and exclude all tags pages. Which this issue but can any one help that how can I solve this issue without excluding tag pages and limiting the number of posts.

    And also I don’t have any solution for Dagon Design Sitemap Generator so is there any solution?

    Please quote the error messages.

    If it has to do with server resources, then it’s probably something with your host. Generating a sitemap on a blog with a lot of post can take a lot of memory and CPU.
