Having most of site in Blog directory

    They are displaying the blog on a static page. In Settings / Reading turn static page on, pick the page you want for your home page, and the page you want for your blog page. (If you want the blog to be /blog/, make a blank page called blog)

    That will display your blog posts at /blog/
