Having posts go to specified blog page instead of front page.

Hello,
I have installed the Modality theme and designed my website within this beautiful theme. It took me about a week or so get everything the way I wanted it. However, I wanted to add a separate blog page and have my posts go directly to it. I tried having posts checked to be directed to the blog page entitled”Insights” through a category title of the same name but that did not work. I tried different things that I thought would work to no avail. Is there a way to have a blog page within this Modality theme? My website is Thanks in advance for the help.
