Having problem with adding time of meeting

    Hi, I have been having a few issues with the plugin as I cant upload the CVS when I use to be able to (last year) and I finally gave up. The format is in excel and for some reason I cant do this anymore. So, I decided to start manually adding meetings and when I put the day (where appointment is) and time when I post the meeting I get the word appointment in the time slot. Would appreciate any help you could offer.

    Hi Mary,

    In your Excel, make sure you save as Comma Separated Values (CSV), because uploading an XLS or XLSX won’t work. If you’re still having issues let me know what the specific issue is (or send me a copy) and I can tell you how to fix it.

    It sounds like there’s an issue saving the time. When the time format isn’t valid it gets saved as an Appointment meeting. Do you see dropdowns on the time? Those are there to help you select the right format. We have had issues where people have had other plugins cause errors and prevent those time fields from showing up.

    Hey Josh, Sorry so late but I did end up figuring it out. I appreciate your quick response even though it took me 5 months to respond back. Thanks for all the hard work and helping out. This plugin is a big help in our community.
