Having Problem with Include

  • Create a few fields user Meta Manager. New fields are showing up fine in the definitions but not displaying correctly or cant use the include. I have tried defining them both at a checkbox and as a text field with y/n. I add the field to the list I created and include where field is Y and it just ignores it. Have also tried using first name and same results.

    I assume the include and exclude are working like a where clause.

    Could you clarify ‘not displaying correctly’? It implies something is displaying. It is probably displaying the code value actually stored in the user meta.

    This is what should be used in the include/exclude fields.

    Also remember to rebuild the cache to see the results.

    I am using user meta manager to add the custom fields and and cant get checkbox information to show the underlying value. I have switched to select menu and shows data fine now.

    To get the include to work, I changed the query method to the second method and everything started working just fine for the include….however never figured out the checkbox value. Cache is rebuilding on profile update right now for testing.
