Having problem with plugin it says PHP Register Globals are On!

I’m having problem in installing this plugin. It says-Your server failed the requirements check for this plugin! and when I run the plugin requirement test, I found out an error that says-‘PHP Register Globals FAIL! PHP Register Globals are On!’. Is there any way to run the plugin with out this reqirement meet i.e with register globals on?
