Having to DELETE CALDERA disappointed!

I’m so disappointed that you have absolutely NO SUPPORT! I’ve had Caldera forms on my website for a couple of years. Yesterday there was a critical error, I wouldn’t get hold of anyone, I have not even been accepted to the support forum on FB. I’ve had to delete all my forms and all Caldera plugins and go search for something else. Now I have to do it all over! I’d love to go back to Caldera if you fix the issue with your latest update 1.8.9 (if I’m correct) also no option to roll back to previous version to try and backup created forms. I’m so sad that I have to do all this work over now.

I had the same problem! In troubleshooting, I found I could update to PHP 7.3 and it corrected the problem, and I was able to update from PHP 5.6.
UPDATE: After further investigation, things were not correct. I had to rollback to 1.8.8 (I used WP Rollback to accomplish that
