Having to double tap on iPhones

  • Hello
    I hope someone can help me, I have already asked woocommerce people and the theme developers and they just blame each other and don’t help me
    When browsing products on my website I sometimes have to double tap in order to go to a new product etc.
    What I found is that if I tap or swipe on a photo or a gallery thumbnail then I have to double tap or more precisely tap once first anywhere on the screen for the functionality to resume to normal.
    Only found it on my iPhone, Samsung device seemed okay.
    When this happens if I try to click on a button after the first tap it looks like a hover effect? Then second tap takes me to the new page/product.
    Can someone help please?
    I really like the theme and the layout and can’t afford to start from scratch…

    Since that is a commercial theme or plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
