    Well… I posted this issue 2 months ago and never got a prompt response (bad support).
    So I uninstalled it and got something better.
    You might want to fix your response time to something better like 24 hrs or less compared to 2 months.

    I apologize for the delay, I have many projects on the go including working a FT job and raising a family.
