Having trouble exporting fields

  • Hello,

    I am using a plugin called Seamless Donations and they recommend your plugin to use for export. I am currently trying to export our donations in a way that will be easy to understand by our accountant. When I include the fields that I would like, the time and date won’t export or will export as “####.” The name of the donor will export. The columns export as wp_ID, wp_post_data, etc. We would prefer the column names be Time/Date, Donor, Fund, and Amount.

    We would love to be able to use your plugin. I’m not sure that I am configuring it right.

    I have no spare time for troubleshooting at the moment, but I noticed that there might be a simple fix for your problem.

    Long shot, but wondering if ‘####’ is caused by the column being too narrow in Excel.
