    To whom it may concern,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We are having some trouble configuring a popup that only shows an image with a transparent background, such that there is not white behind the image, but just the image. Is it possible to do this in this program? We would be greatly appreciative for your support, as this has been frustrating us for a few days

    Thank you very much for your time, we greatly appreciate it!

    Hello @learn2love – I viewed the https://learnlove.ca/videos/ page and I see what you are trying to do.

    You can use this custom CSS code below and add it to the Theme Customizer’s Additional CSS area to achieve that.

    .pum-theme-521 .pum-container, .pum-theme-lightbox .pum-container {
        background: transparent;
    }

    Hope that works for you.

    If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly?rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for this, we appreciate it!

    Is there a way to get it without the black box around it and shadow too, but just the image on its own?

    We appreciate your time and help!

    @learn2love – Sorry for the delay, but did you by chance miss the popup theme editor? Edit your popup and on the display settings tab, there is a theme dropdown, under which you can click the link to edit the selected theme.

    You can also get there from Popup Maker -> Themes & Appearance -> Popup Themes.

    Once there you can tweak background colors, shadows etc. Making them transparent is pretty easy that way.

    Further we have a new popup theme coming for use with page builders and such, it will essentially default the way you are asking for. Look for it in v1.12 but you can get those same settings now.

    Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

    If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.

    I look forward to using the new settings in the next version. I may also try to edit them from where you mentioned, thank you for bringing this up.

    Wishing you the best for a great day, and thank you again for your time,
