    Hi, I hope you can help me with my problem.

    I am using your (very useful!) plugin to help me track video watching habits on my membership site.

    I am using Wishlist Member for the site, and have a video tracking software set up. But here is my problem: My video tracking software requires me to pass the ID and email address of the watcher in the URL in order to track it.

    So I have a bunch of menus set up like this: https://mywebsite.com/video-page?Id={Wishlist Merge Field for ID}&Email={Wishlist Merge Field for Email}

    It all works great, except… the @ symbol is missing from all of the email addresses! Which makes the tracking not work.

    Is this a known issue? Is there anything that can help me? The makers of all of the plugins involved say they won’t help because you aren’t supposed to put merge fields in menus.

    @daniel,

    I tested the plugin by creating a new ShortCode that returns “@” symbol in the output and it did get displayed correctly like it should.

    About testing it with your plugin, its a paid plugin and I don’t have it so couldn’t test it on my server. Though you can provide me with the credentials to your server (in a personal email on [email protected] instead of here so that I can help you out with debugging this issue)

    @daniel,

    Thanks for providing me with the credentials, your problem helped me reveal another bug in the plugin which I’ve fixed and updated the plugin to version 2.1 .

    About your problem, its not related to this plugin, the plugin is displaying the URLs correctly as it should(right click and select “Copy Link” to confirm), but something else on your site is redirecting the URLs with @ symbol to URL without @ symbol.

    I think we can work this out as well but its going to take some time.

    Thank you so much for your help. I will be in touch with you about that over the next couple of days.

    You are the real deal, it is very nice to see someone who creates such a useful plugin and then supports it so well ??
