Having trouble with auto-height

Dear RadiusTheme,

Love your plugin – thank you so much for offering it. Both I and my development team are having trouble with the auto-height feature on the slider. Whether the auto-height button is set to on or off, the shortcode generator is outputting such that auto-height is set to false. Do you have any suggestions?
