Having trouble with debug info that won’t disappear

Hi CleanTalk,
We have a site showing debug info no matter what we do. It looks like this:

We have:
- Checked “complete deactivation”
- Deactivated and Deleted Cleantalk
- Deleted the website record for this site in Cleantalk’s portal
- Generated a new website record and access key
- Reinstalled and Activated Cleantalk and switched out the access key
- When we reinstall, however, the former access key and debug data remains.
- We’ve also “dropped debug data” multiple times as well as tried “syncronize with the cloud” twice.
Is there something else to be done?
