I looked around a bit and saw that this wasn’t an uncommon issue, but most of the reports had solutions for plug-ins or what they provided did not fix the issue.

The slider (6 pictures) doesn’t load in IE (perpetual loading circle), but loads perfectly in Chrome and Firefox. I’ve tried this out on a few different machines (OS and IE versions) and this has been the case on each. I’m currently using “Striking” as the theme, with version 3.5.1 of wordpress.

Here is a link to the site. If any more information will help, I’d be glad to give it.

    Thanks in advance!

Where did you get that theme from?

I’m not too sure. I inherited management of this site around 10 months ago and never actually spoke with the former employee who managed it before.

Is your issue regarding a particular plugin?

It could be a plug-in, but I do not think it is.

    Here are some screenshots.

If it’s not regarding a plugin that is available on www.ads-software.com, then I don’t think we will be of of help. We can’t help with plugins and themes not distributed on www.ads-software.com. I would recommend you contact the theme’s vendors.

I see. After looking up the theme, I found a support forum about it, but of course, I do not have the leftover license code.

It seems the theme is just using the jquery nivo slider though.

Can you switch to one of the default themes like Twenty Eleven to check whether the problem persists?

    (@oauron)

I used a live preview of Twenty Eleven, and it seems that it would just break the site. Nearly all of the information and pictures are gone and the slider isn’t even there. There’s also a lot of loose code in the preview function.

I changed the slider from jquery nivo to a 3d one and it worked. Really odd, but I’m not complaining.
